Please fully open the umbrella and let air dry before you close and fold it. If you need to clean your umbrella, use a soft cloth moistened with plain water as cleaning products might destroy the waterproof coating. If there is stain that’s non-removable, please contact our customer service and ship it back to us for special care. Jiayun umbrellas are built to last. In order to provide our customers with long lasting umbrellas, we offer care and repairment:

  1. We offer free repairs if threads fall off. Shipping is at your own cost.
  2. If the canopy is stained or broken, we offer repairs at a cost. Please send the umbrella back for further evaluation. We will notify you the cost.
  3. With umbrellas needed to change canopy or parts, Jiayun reserves the right to replace it with our current available materials.
  4. Any parts requested to be changed with new ones will incur a cost. Please send the umbrella back for further evaluation.
  5. Jiayun reserved the right to adjust the above repair and warranty contents.

All wind-resistant umbrellas have been wind-tunnel tested up to 70 km/hr to ensure the performance during windy weather. Our frames are made with flexible fiberglass to reduce the stress on the ribs under wind pressure. Even if the canopy flips in extreme weather, the ribs will not break.
